Is an Eggdrop irc bot running in quakenet. He has a bunch of scripts that are kinda useful, fun or just plain silly.
If you're worried about spamming the chan and annoying people, pop into #pengbot and use/abuse Pengy there!

Commands to use - in any channel that Pengbot lives in:

Useful Stuff:

!google word - Shows URL of result of google search on "word", eg "google pengbot"
!weather - Shows weather at Pengbot's home. "!weather City, Country" for yours.
!calc exp - Calculator. Eg, "!calc 2+2"
!peak - Shows channel peak.
!seen user - Shows when user was last online and seen by Pengbot. Eg; "!seen Flash____"
!sysinfo pengbot all - Shows Pengbot's hardware.
!ontime - Some more stats about Pengbot - how long he's been online, number of chans etc.
!convert - Convert stuff to stuff. Eg, Centigrade to Fahrenheit, lbs to kgs etc. !convert for full list.
!define word - Looks up "word" in the Dictionary and tells you what it is.
!commands - Gives this url.

UT Related Stuff:

!server - Shows various clan's server IP. (Nto, Mnz, Penguinz - depending on which chan you're in)
!bucket - Shows IP and who's playing on Mnz's Dom Server, Bucket.
!nto - Shows IP and who's playing on NTO's Server.
!quack - Shows IP and who's playing on Penguinz' UT Server.
!idom - Shows ip and who's playing on FFh's Idom server ( #idom4eva pickup channel)
!dom - Shows IP and info of popular NwDom servers.
!domp - As above, but lists current players also.
!utp IP:port - Shows who's playing on a specific UT server.
!cb - Shows latest two headlines from www.clanbase.com
!next - Show next match of Pengbot's sponsored clan. (Currently Penguinz, and only works in #penguinz)
!ping - Pengbot pings you and shows the result.
!con - Pengbot responds - useful to check your conn.
(The warmanager script has its own !help response)

!hangstart - Starts a game of hangman. Use "!hang letter" and then "!hang phrase" to guess a letter and the final solution.

Fun Stuff:

!bash - Retrieves a random quote from http://bash.org ("!bash number" to retrieve a specific quote)
!quote - Random Quote
!fortune - Shows a random Fortune cookie
!url - Display a random (usually fun) URL
!addurl Description - URL - Add a URL to the !url database.
!hug - Get a hug when you're feeling low...
!kiss - Get Pengbot excited
!start - Start a quiz (currently only active in #3am)
!haiku - Pengbot writes you a haiku
!googlefight word1 word2 - See which word has more hits in Google. Find out who's more popular.
!bar - Opens Pengbot's bar (Sub-set of commands, like !beer, !light etc)
!wright - Give a quote from Steven Wright
!fact - Gives a random fact.
!morbid - Gives a random morbid fact.
!cast - Go fishing!
!hunt - Go hunting!

In addition, Pengbot might surprise you from time to time. He's known to try and prevent cruelty to trouts, too.

Old stuff, scripts removed due to unuse, bugs or annoyance:
!acro - Starts a game of acro. Pengbot generates some letters, you must make up silly names that use them. Winner is the one who generates the silliest.
!spin the bottle - Pengbot spins the bottle... (Flash_ runs this now)
!roulette - Play Russian Roulette... (Disabled cos it kicked people and annoyed them)
